What we collect
When you enrol, we collect your name, phone number, and email (optional). During the programme, we collect the answers you give your counselor and in optional surveys. We collect standard web analytics (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.
Why we collect it
To run your programme: match you with a counselor, process your payment, send programme communications, and provide support. We never share your name, phone, email, or programme content with your employer, your insurer, or your family.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (Razorpay) to process payment. Our fulfilment/delivery partner (Solh Wellness) to provision your programme access. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Write to [privacy contact email] to exercise these rights.
Confidentiality
Counselors are bound by confidentiality. Session content is not shared with anyone outside your care team without your consent, except where required by law (e.g. imminent risk of harm).
